DEMSN Grad

国产探花鈥檚 Division of Health brings together Nursing and Athletic Training to prepare practice-ready professionals through evidence-based education, interprofessional collaboration, and strong clinical immersion.

Nursing offers multiple pathways: a traditional, residential BSN; a 16鈥憁onth Accelerated BSN for students who’ve earned a prior non-nursing bachelor鈥檚 degree or 64 qualifying college credits delivered in hybrid or online formats; and a direct-entry MSN for non-nursing bachelor鈥檚 graduates that can be completed in as few as 20 months. Across pathways, students complete 900+ hours of hands-on learning in labs, high-fidelity simulation, and real-world clinical placements to build confidence, clinical judgment, and career readiness.

The Master of Athletic Training (MAT) develops health care professionals who provide preventive services, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention, and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions in collaboration with medical providers. Students can pursue a two-year Traditional Master鈥檚 Track (post-bachelor鈥檚) or a five-year Concurrent Track earning both a Bachelor of Kinesiology and the MAT, with preparation for the Board of Certification (BOC) examination.

Together, Nursing and Athletic Training鈥檚 accredited programs emphasize quality and safety, systems thinking, informatics, and team-based care aligned with national competencies, empowering graduates to improve health outcomes for individuals, families, and communities.
