Grants
Grants are an additional type of aid you may see on your financial aid offer letter. Grants are based on financial need so a FAFSA must be completed to be considered for ¹ú²ú̽»¨, federal, or state grants.
Grants, unlike loans, do not require repayment
Since grant programs are based on financial eligibility, academic standing, and availability of funds, awards may vary from year to year.
Institutional (¹ú²ú̽»¨) Grants
¹ú²ú̽»¨ Grant eligibility is based on need and require students to complete a FAFSA. Award amounts vary. Minimum GPA of 2.0 required for renewal.
Federal Grants
Federal Pell Grant eligibility is based on need as determined by the federal government and the funding level approved by Congress.
Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (SEOG) funds are available to students who show high financial need and are eligible for the Pell Grant. ¹ú²ú̽»¨ receives a limited amount of these federal funds each year to award to students.

Interest will be charged from the date of each TEACH Grant disbursement.
