For initial teaching certification pathways, we offer two options for our students. The undergrad EPP supports over sixteen-degree plans that lead to teacher certification from early childhood ages, middle school, secondary, and all-level areas. The Alternative Certification Program supports both dual enrolled students in their last semester of earning a bachelor’s degree or those that already have earned a degree as they seek their initial teaching certification. Both programs have demonstrated record of preparing teachers for today’s diverse K-12 classrooms.
At the graduate level, the Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction currently is designed to elevate leadership skills in the areas of instructional design and leadership, corporate training, curriculum development, and non-profit leadership. The EdD in Interdisciplinary Studies is an online Doctor of Education program with two concentrations: Organizational Leadership and Educational Leadership.
